“My experience was excellent, waxed gilet and cap very good quality and the prices super reasonable. I returned one item, my fault, and was rapidly reimbursed. I will certainly use this company again, especially as it is UK based.”

“In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Walker and Hawkes and here is why. I purchased two items from Walker and Hawkes on separate occasions. I found them trustworthy and responsive. It was super easy and the service was "quick" from my point of online purchase to my receiving my products in Europe but outside of the UK on separate occasions. My purchase was two Harris Tweed waistcoats, they both fit properly and were more than what I had hoped for, I am very happy. For these reasons above, I gave my dealings with Walker and Hawkes 5 stars because they deserved them.”

“Had a Barbour unlined Sapper that finally wore out and I couldn't replace it. My son told me about Walker and Hawkes. Ordered the Brandon but was skeptical about the quality because the price was so reasonable. Couldn't be happier with the fit, quality and look. Better than Barbour.”

“I purchased 4 metres of your Wax 100% Cotton Canvas Fabric Cloth Soft Finish Waxed Waterproof Cloth to make my own jacket. The fabric is beautiful - soft, supple and very easy to sew with. I only needed to use 2 metres of it because it is so wide at 150cm, so my coat was a true bargain! Thank you.”

“I ordered four gilets (two made of tweed canvas and two waxed). I am very happy with my garments. Perfect fitting, nice looking and very comfortable and warm. They made a mistake in the shipment delivering one wrong item but they proceeded with the exchange in a short time and in due manner, being interested and connected in order to arrange the best solution to the situation. “Your service and efficiency were excellent. However,I experienced some difficulties with the delivery because DHL required me to pay extra duties and taxes.Thanks to your customer service,the problem was solved. As a matter of principle,I would like to know if,when shopping from the EU,France in my case,the price of the order includes all duties and taxes.If not,it should be stated clearly beforehand.”
