“I love this jacket. The fit is pretty much perfect the colour is as advertised. It’s a very nice twist on the classic wax jacket design that has already received many compliments. It is much warmer than you would believe on chilly days. If you are on the fence about buying one just do it. You won’t regret it. If I had a gripe it would be that I paid extra for 3 day delivery and didn’t receive it till over a week later. But I must stress that this is a Royal Mail failing Not Walker and Hawkes fault.”

“Top marks for being manufactured in England with British materials. The fit of the coat is spot on with enough room to have an Arron sweater on if required. The quality of the product is also excelent, all the stitching is well finished and neat.”

“I have been wearing an oilskin gilet from walker and hawkes for over a year, doing all sorts of work on my property and it has been excellent. Not one stitch, button or zip has come close to letting me down, and nothing sticks to the great quality fabric. I recently ordered a tweed gilet and shirt and I am just as happy, they also arrived in rural Tasmania, Australia in under a week! My only complaint is that the Walker and Hawkes website is extremely slow to load on mobile, and I found some products such as bags and accessories hard to find without searching for them specifically using the search function. I will definitely be shopping with Walker and Hawkes again to further my collection of tweed shooting attire.”
