“We bought 2 waxed caps, 1 small / 1 medium which are great. Easy to use website and prompt delivery. However, the medium cap was too big for my husband so we returned it and re-ordered a small size. It arrived promptly but the cap although marked small is bigger than the other small size we ordered. Clearly something wrong with the labelling, probably something the company should investigate and check for future. As it was such a performance returning, waiting for a credit before re-ordering rather than just being able to exchange we couldn't really be bothered a second time. Shame as otherwise a definite 5* in all respects. We also ordered a trapper hat and a gilet, everything is great quality just the exchange and sizing issues are the problem.”
