“The jacket sizing comes up quite big but overall I’m pleased with the purchase. I never received email confirmation my order was being processed which is odd in this day and age but I did get a notification from the couriers a few days after the order was placed to say when they will deliver the items.”

“I have been looking for a new waxed cotton gilet for sometime. The WH one appears to be good quality, was very good value and British made. It was delivered very quickly and FOC. I think the sizes are very generous and I am glad I ordered a small; the size guide appears quite accurate. I was surprised that the gilet was lightly padded (insulated) which is not described on the website.”

“Your service and efficiency were excellent. However,I experienced some difficulties with the delivery because DHL required me to pay extra duties and taxes.Thanks to your customer service,the problem was solved. As a matter of principle,I would like to know if,when shopping from the EU,France in my case,the price of the order includes all duties and taxes.If not,it should be stated clearly beforehand.”

“Better then a Barbour and cheaper,had this W&H for 2 years now time for its 1st re wax,come up great, proper wax jacket now,better looking then the above brand,even did my trapper hat,with 200ml wax dressing.”
