“Unfortunately, I have to say that the photos on the website are much better than the reality. The Cupra Wax Pocket arrived with a stitching defect on the wrist, and a snap on the pocket immediately broke. Furthermore, it is impossible to return it as no delivery person comes to collect it, despite the procedure indicated in the instructions. A truly bad experience; I was hoping to have found a valid alternative to Barbour, but that's not the case.”

“Ordered Christmas presents for my husband. They were specifically mentioned on his list. Items arrived quickly and well packaged, however - I did make a request for plain packaging as husband would be home and didn't want him to know what I had got him for Christmas. Guess how it arrived....”

“I ordered some moleskin trousers from Walker and Hawkes but unfortunately ordered the wrong size ( my fault). The return of the item was so slick and simple and the item returned the following day with a full refund. I subsequently reordered ( correct size this time) and the item arrived promptly. The quality was outstanding and I am really pleased with them. Shopping at Walker and Hawkes is easy and hassle free, in fact a pleasure.”

“Fantastic service from this company. Dispatch and delivery is really fast with clear communication. The products are well priced and really good quality. I have purchased quite a few items from them and have one item to return. From what I can see their return policy is really user friendly and convenient. The only one issued if I had to call one, is that it would be nice if they had an outlet where I could go and see and try items on as they are fairly local to me.”

“Got this jacket it was way to short for me but luckily my wife took a fancy to it and it fitted her - thankful she’s the size of a hobbit The jacket was ok but the quality of the zip was poor - for a couple of pennies more you could have used a YKK zip”

“I ordered a waterproof hat, it arrived within 3 days, prompt efficient service. Also I was on an email waiting list for the hat and that was a short wait of three days too . Great service !”
