“Placed my order on the 9/12/2025, this order came and it was faulty. 2 of the buttons/poppers came off when I opened the coat to try it on. I contact Walker and Hawkes immediately after my order had arrived and the rest of history! Numerous phonecalls and e-mails back and forth. They still have my £70 for the coat but I still do not have a replacement. Despite following the steps they advised me to take, returning the item promptly using the QR code e-mailed to me where I was advised if I informed them of the tracking number once my item had been posted, I would receive a replacement within 48 hours. I still do not have that replacement. Numerous phonecalls and e-mails later and now I haven’t heard anything and my husband if left without a Christmas present as it currently stands. Very disappointed! Haven’t even offered to knock any money off even if I do ever receive a replacement for the mess up. Wouldn’t use them again.”

“I really like the wax Stallington baseball cap. Good quality & fits well. Although this cap was not available at Amazon, several other W&H caps are -- BUT, even with shipping to US, the W&H costs for those are lower, particularly if you pay in GBP (£) and use the Amazon card, which has no foreign transaction fee and uses a good exchange rate.”

“I have made a previous purchase from "W & H" and have been please with the quality and American Size availability, which is not offered by other "UK" Haberdashers. I am portly, so I need size range in the 52-54 Reg area which you folks offer. Many of your competitors can't get their Marketing Dept. to stock anything over size 50-Reg. So, I hope that is to your sales benefit. Aren't there any chubby Brit's with deep pockets in the "UK" that have need for largerBlazer/Coat Sizes. I will be back in the future.
