“Made with high quality Harris Tweed. One small change might include not putting the white Harris Tweed logo on the side of the hat- it looks like a price tag. I wish Harris Tweed would develop a logo that could be placed or embroidered on the side of hat.”

“I’m very pleased with Walker and Hawkes products. This is my second flat cap (Bonnet) and is made from Harris Wool. It fits true to size nice shape and workmanship. I will continue to purchase products from Walker and Hawkes.”

“Very bad service. Paid for next day delivery for an item that didn’t turn up. When I asked for a refund they advised they cannot refund an item that’s out for delivery (although it had been 8 days since the next day point). They responded saying item has been delivered although the tracking provided still showed it was due on the 24th December (next day of order). Very bad courier services and even worse customer service!! Stay away”

“Great service, excellent product and helpful staff. I contacted them regarding a sizing query and was advised to order two sizes and return the one that didn't fit. My husband was delighted with his new hat on Christmas Day and I returned the other size via Royal Mail using the arrangements on the website. I was surprised and very pleased that the return service was free. Thank you.”
