“Great service, excellent product and helpful staff. I contacted them regarding a sizing query and was advised to order two sizes and return the one that didn't fit. My husband was delighted with his new hat on Christmas Day and I returned the other size via Royal Mail using the arrangements on the website. I was surprised and very pleased that the return service was free. Thank you.”

“W&H delivered the Harris Tweed Moss Green colored ear flap cap to my US home address from England on time. The cap is of quality construction as advertised and I rate it a good value. W&H offers many options to choose from. I recommend W&H. That said the cap size I ordered 60 cm or XL meaning a compariable USA size 7.5 is a bit tight with the ear flaps in. Much better fit with flaps out to cover my ears. Maybe it will stretch out with use and become more comfortable?”

“I went with the Walker & Hawkes 8-panel Thomas bakerboy in Clinton brown and absolutely love this hat. It is 100% new wool and is of great quality and a perfect fit. It goes with browns and grays.
