“This was purchased as a birthday present for my husband. He is absolutely thrilled with it, he loves the overall look of it, the fit is perfect, the pockets exactly as and where he needs them. There is enough room for him to lift his arms comfortably with no 'tight' feeling. Thank you”

“Very nice coat, excellent quality and well finished. I bought a size above my usual for layering up and it’s a great fit with or without the layers. I gave 4/5 only because W&H could do with a size option for taller people.”

“Lovely hat although I will need to get something to decrease the size internally as it is a little big for me and no good in the wind , I wish someone would create a way of making them adjustable to head size and perhaps a detachable strap to tie under the chin to hold it in place on windy days”

“I ordered a jacket, you sent me the wrong size , i sent it back , ordering an other one , but you didn't refund the entire amount bur 25 pounds less , your firm is not honest , I will never deal with you again.”

“Excellent customer service . Sizes a bit generous - ordered a medium to large hat according to sizing but it was a bit too big and the next size down was xs/ s which I felt would have been too small !! I made a tuck in the stretch liner and hopefully that will do the trick !! s/ m would be a good size to include . The quality and appearance of hat were great !!”
