“Our Frenchie had a weepy eye, on consultation with a vet she diagnosed dry eye. We took her to our vet who said it was good we brought her in because she needed treatment urgently and is now much better. A Very useful addition to Vetbox”

“First time I have used this service and I was very impressed with the service given. I logged in, typed my message and within 3 minutes I had a video from a vet with the information I needed, the vet asked for photos or a video of my dogs problem and within minutes again she had replied to me. I absolutely recommend VidiVet for peace of mind until you get your dog to your vet should you need to.”

“I was very impressed with the response I got from using Vidivet. I left a video message and within minutes, a vet sent a video message back and we corresponded back and forth until I was satisfied that I knew what to do. The vet was lovely and helpful and seemed to really care.”

“I was actually shocked at the service of VidiVet. First time using it and I got a video response from a vet within minutes. Not only that but various follow up messages to check how my dog was getting along. Such a great service for those little worries that you aren’t sure warrant a trip out to the vets.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. It is invaluable. So reassuring to have experts on hand whenever you need them. Unfortunately we have needed to seek advice on various topics for our 4 month old puppy. “This app was the best recommendation I got when getting my first dog. It's saved me so much money when I've been concerned about my dog and not needed a vets appointment.
