“This is my 3rd order from Vesternet and the 3rd to be labelled as "In stock, ships today" for hours after ordering only to be told that it is actually out of stock. When the items came back into stock, I had to email customer services to get my order sent. Edit: I was contacted by Vesternet to see what had gone wrong and if there was anything they could do. I was offered a discount off a further order which was despatched and delivered quickly. All my previous orders had been from Summer sales which may be the reason they were delayed. Customer services are helpful and responsive.”

“Z-Wave is a new project for me. Site has lots of helpfull information and manuals. This helped me (hopefully) select the correct products. Certainly stopped me make a couple of mistakes.”

“I've bought a fair bit of ZWave kit from Vesternet, with keyless lock accessories being the latest. Vesternet have good online resources, a helpful expert at the end of an email and a large choice. For example, all the RFID cards and keyfobs to go with a keyless lock. Delivery has been prompt.”

“Apart from problems with trying to pay getting the site to accept my cards, I have always found vesternet to be great, a wealth of choice and good prices, the only thing that let then down was delivery charges, now I see that isn't a problem. I would highly recommend.”

“The experience was easy and quick. Great to have paypal integrated and everything was easy to find. Sadly shipping is only free over £100 rather than £50 but nevermind.”

“So, I fill this in every time I order from Vesternet with the promise of “free priority shipping”, which never happens! Good company for (most) things home-automation. My only negative comment is that it takes them a few days to process and despatch orders. When you’re paying for next day delivery this seems a little sub-standard.”

“I have just had a failure of one of my installed Fibaro double switch devices so I urgently need to find a replacement. I looked at a couple of different sources and found Vesternet have the latest version of the Fibaro double switch and the price is reasonable. I have ordered a replacement and a spare to have in stock on my shelf - in case another Fibaro unit fails. Ordering is easy as I have a Vesternet account so my name and address were automatically filled in. Simple!”

“Vesternet have always been my go-to supplier of choice for all my home automation needs. They have a huge range of products (Z-wave, in my particular case) and are always competitive on price. For the rare time that I have needed to contact customer support for a return, I have found the whole process to be completely painless and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vesternet. If I had to say something negative about them, it would be the relatively high price for shipping - especially when the object being shipped virtually weighs nothing. Why it can't just be put in second class regular post, I have no idea. Once upon a time they used to offer free shipping after, I think, a £50 spend. That seems to have disappeared now (or at the very least, shifted to a much higher amount). Shame.”

“...but poor in telling that there's only been a partial shipment of what you ordered. The online order status doesn't always reflect the actual situation - some orders completed ages ago also shown as not complete. But hats a fairly small niggle. Good service, good delivery, good returns service when required.”
