“Writing this review shortly after ordering but before delivery, as they offered to upgrade the delivery service for providing my feedback. Their website was easy to use and the support message was quickly responded to by a bot with a useful answer (assuming it was not hallucinating an answer).”

“Pretty good range of products, website is easy to navigate. Only negative would be the quantity of email marketing with 'last chance', 'last sale this year' etc. which often turns out not to be true. Occasionally some good deals though”

“Overall Vesternet are good. However this review/express shipping doesn't always work. I also think that the warranties on all their home products is a bit short. When you look at home 'infrastructure' products their life is 5-10yrs. Vesternets products have better warranties than most at 3yrs, most other brands are 1yr. Either way, conceptually replacing thermostats/lighting switches every yr on a 1 yr warranty is crazy.”
