“Cheapest for me by far but hard to speak to someone. I renewed on line but they said they didn’t get the payment but it was taken from my bank, I had to pay again as my renewal was due.
I did receive a full refund but it was so difficult to speak to someone, they kept me waiting for ages then said they I’ll have to call later or tomorrow because they’re busy. This happened three days running.”
“When I am in holiday (abroad) They have renewed my policiy without my permission. When I turned back to the UK again, I couldn't reach them to cancel my policy. I have found another offer very very cheaper than Vavista but they don't have any cancellation request button in customer account profile (website). I am not satisfied and I don't offer for anyone.”

“Did the best price for us and easily transacted. The only downside was that I couldn't find the monthly payments then realised when I received the paperwork (I purchased late on a Friday) that a credit company pay the insurance company then I finance the remainder and THEY send over the payment schedule. So all good when I got that !!”
