When I am in holiday (abroad) They have renewed my policiy without my permission. When I turned back to the UK again, I couldn't reach them to cancel my policy. I have found another offer very very cheaper than Vavista but they don't have any cancellation request button in customer account profile (website). I am not satisfied and I don't offer for anyone.
