Cheapest for me by far but hard to speak to someone. I renewed on line but they said they didn’t get the payment but it was taken from my bank, I had to pay again as my renewal was due.
I did receive a full refund but it was so difficult to speak to someone, they kept me waiting for ages then said they I’ll have to call later or tomorrow because they’re busy. This happened three days running.
