I order a genuine set of locking wheel bolts for a t6 transporter but they did not fit my original factory alloy wheels. I attempted to call to find out why what I had ordered was incorrect but stayed on the phone for over 35 minutes only to move down 3 callers out of 11. I will not use them again as there is NO support if you need advice. Delivery was also poor by DHL

Poor experience . Ordered a bumper protector that when it arrived had a white blemish in the finish . Not sure how it got through quality control ? Sent an email with photo evidence asking for a replacement and offering to return the defective item . The return email stated that on ‘this occasion ‘ you would send a replacement . Why ‘this occasion ‘ ? The product was defective and not fit for purpose . You were not doing me a favour but providing what I paid for . The item was packaged so you would not know it was defective but the attitude that on ‘this occasion ‘ you would sort it ? As an exception was not appropriate .

Poor overall experience with Van Style, takes over an hour to get through to a customer advisor on the phone for then to be sold a certain item will be back in stock on a certain date. Was told to keep an eye on the website for when this item returns. Visit website to find item "back in stock" to then be told this item is not back in stock once my order has been placed & money taken. Even worse, it is for a customers vehicle.

Scratched and dented chrome pipes sent for my van - 9.5 hours spent on hold over 3 days to report the problem only to be cut off at position 1 in the queue!!! 3 emails sent and STILL NO RESPONSE! Absolutely disgusting customer service and products £150 down and no new pipes for the van. Maybe time to go legal !!!

Really sad about this company, ordered stuff and never got delivered been over a month, phone calls not been answered emails not replayed. I think just time waisting company.

Placed order on 17th May 2023, its now 7th June 2023 and still not received items. Would like to know when I will receive it. I never write bad reviews but feel I have no choice. Impossible to get an answer on phone and have only received 1 email reply. Very very disappointed.

My very first order with vanstyle not a good one. Incorrect product sent and ordered 80 sheets of sound deadening matt only to receive 38, yes 38 sent instead of 80. And to think I was going to order all sorts from them as I'm doing a vw transporter build. I'll give them a miss.

Ordered some curtains for my custom they where in stock on the 17/05/23 still not arrived was told they would be delivered on 23/05/23 and asked for someone to be in to sign for them,what a waste of my day ! Have tried to contact them by phone and email (i was on hold for over an hour each time I tried was even first in the queue and still no answer) so I’m hoping this will get a response but I won’t hold my breath.so if you order from this company don’t expect it to arrive on time! This is my experience with them

Phoned a few times regarding an issue with my purchase waiting 40 minutes with the 2 calls I made and no one picked up the phone . The product I bought was spotlights and 1 of them pretty much fell apart also the bulbs didn't work and one ended up smoking . So all in all the first time I have bought from you and the last time . I'm still waiting for you to reply to my email I sent yesterday. Very very poor products Regards David

Ordered interior front cab blinds for my 2013 transit custom, absolutely rubbish, massive gap around all blinds, contacted them by email and tried to contact my phone no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sorry, but had to cancel order after waiting a week on deliver, tried calling for updates but gave up after waiting nearly 40mins to move from 9th in the que to 5th, Cant see me purchasing again from you, and on trust pilot you have such bad rating 2/5

Poor delivery for an extoronate £12 delivery charge. Ordered product Monday afternoon expected delivery by at least Thursday as web site claimed 1 to 2 working days. Received delivery the following Tuesday. When I phoned on the Thursday to find out where product was I was told they were just processing it and would get delivery the following day due to holidays and sickness. How can you charge extoronate delivery charges with an excuse like that when most companies will deliver for free.

I was sent parts for the LWB version of my van, instead of the ones I'd ordered. Since then I have completely unable to get through to them on the phone and my email has gone unanswered. Best avoided due to their poor communication.
