I placed an order online and subsequently received an email stating the order had been loaded into the system. I then received an email 6 days later saying that my payment had been declined (the same card was used before and after successfully with other retailers). The email stated that they could try again or I could call with another card but on checking the website I noticed the item was now marked out of stock so there seemed little point. Why the delay in notification??

Ordered Renault Traffic Carbon mirror covers very poor fitting big gaps and rubs on mirror housing when folding in.

Terrible service. Ordered some glass and a curtain i was desperate for, 1 week before Xmas and waited in for 3days before chasing it up (20minutes on hold) to find out they hadn't processed the order, wouldn't send anything out for 3weeks till new year and they lost me 2weeks of time to sort my customer out as reordering from elsewhere took 10days due to Xmas. So terrible service, nothing on their site about being delayed delivery for 3weeks and no attempt to let me know or resolve it. Avoid dealing with this company!

Misleading advert, said 5-7 days for delivery. When chased on the 8th day was told items were out of stock and not expected for 2-3 weeks. Could of easily picked up the phone or emailed to inform me rather than me having to chase.

The product received was not what was expected. After being told that this was a common response and on requesting to exchange, I had no reply. A Subsequent request on how to return the item for a refund has still had no reply. Really disappointed after such efficient service initially.

Product was let down by the finish. No issues with ordering or delivery however once opened found 2 what can only be described as black hairs in the paint on one of the grill inserts. For the money expected better. Guess you don’t always get what you pay for!

In the description saying item will fit to cars 2014+ and didn't fit to my car 2019 while I was trying to fit it it broke thar why I couldn't return it £60 just gone like that

Waited for stock to arrive. Ordered as ad says “all the brackets use existing mounting points so there is no need for drilling.” This was NOT the case. I sent pictures showing existing mount points. After a while and chase emails they said they would check with conversion company. Website says they fit so I offered to drive up and have side bars fitted to save time. They then they have fitter. I waited and then asked to send fitting instructions or give refund. After a while they said to package up and they will collect sidebars. I packaged them up and they are ready to be collected. I’m still waiting for them to be collected. I’ve emailed to say no one has turned up and had no response other than to provide a review. So I have. I’m £200 down I have large, very large package in my house. The company looks very professional on website. Beware. At very least ask for fitting instructions first, before buying, so you can see if they actually fit before spending money and waiting your time.
