Not great at the moment. I ordered a badged grill which arrived without the badge and the grill was different to the one on the website. I have emailed the company twice but haven’t had a reply yet. I have sent the grill back in the hope of getting a full refund, including postage!

Complained about split rear boot protection they said it was because of wear but van is a show van after that no response from them

Very dissapointed, went to fit the bumper protector, to find a tiny crack in it. So i thought i cannot really see it so i’ll just leave it. It should have been checked before dispatch. The trouble is it’s on the van now and it’s SO thin that there is no way of taking it off without braking it. Guys i wanted top quality for my brand new California. Did i expect too much? Shame.

Postage expensive and waited over a week for goods box came all damaged aswell as goods inside

My item arrived very damaged after a lengthy wait in which time I wasn’t provided with any tracking information. Upon contacting Vanstyle to organise a replacement it became clear they weren’t interested in keeping a customer happy as they couldn’t provide a replacement but gave me several options at twice the money. I asked if they could discount the upgraded part as good will for my inconvenience but met a stern NO! I shan’t be using them again. Especially as I haven’t even had the part refunded yet either!!

Absolute nightmare! I ordered a bonnet bra for my VW camper only for Vanstyle to screw up their order processing and not actually take the funds from my Paypal account. They then insisted that the issue was because I didn't pay...despite Paypal confirm that the transaction had been logged and that the funds would be taken from my account as soon as Vanstyle completed the order.. Aggressive push back from Vanstyle which resulted in me cancelling the order...which they did..but once again not correctly by not informing Paypal of the cancellation. This has resulted in a block on my Paypal account due to processing errors from Vanstyle! Utter sh*tshow of a mess. I wouldn't touch this company if you actually want to get your goods and not just a stream of bs blame shifting to the customer. Customer is always right, definitely isn't something the folks at Vanstyle subscribe too. Save yourself the hassle and go buy elsewhere. Worst service experience in years.

My purchase ended up costing over 50% more than I paid. Van sty;e do not credit UK VAT when selling to EU. THen you get charged EU VAT on overall plus including customs plus Brokers Fee. Van Style give no notice that this will happen despite knowing u are in EU. Also the product I got - a replacvement interior light for my VW Van no wiring inmstructions given or guide to colours of wires purpose.

i placed an order with vanstyle and sadly i received a wrong item, i received a Matt VW front grille badge instead of a Gloss one, which is not a problem, these things happen. Sadly i have contacted Vanstyle many times over the last 4 weeks and have had no reply or correspondence, which I find unacceptable, customer service has been incredibly poor. I was going to order some side bars and a rear spoiler but will more than likely go elsewhere now. All it takes is a reply and it can be sorted out I hope.

Received goods last Friday (6 days ago) I rang you on the day several times and all I got was an answer machine message saying "the person at this extension is unavailable" the last time I rang I left you a message explaining my goods were faulty and was unable to reach you by phone and could somebody please call me back on my mobile. 6 days later still no reply from you.!! very bad customer service. I think you should add a "No Star" to your survey. Regards, Glen Judge

I placed an order online received a confirmation email for my purchase subsequently received an email saying it was dispatched with all the info, delivery address, shipping costs, courier ect. As I live in IRELAND which is One of the countries quoted on the there website"We’ve always delivered to" the shipping costs were going to be expensive but I was happy to pay them, Was unable to track my order from the start (first indication that there was something a miss) A week had passed and I hadn't received anything so I emailed the the company to see what the delay was, They replied saying my order was cancelled and I was being refunded due to the fact they cannot ship my order as it was over 1.5 meters long You would think moving through the checkout process that some products would come up as "UNABLE TO SHIP" due to there size like on other websites Out of the four items I ordered the roof bars are only thing I that we're over 1.5m. The company deals with vans parts therefore the parts aren't exactly going to be small! This is just a heads up to people overseas if you order keep it small Or this company will waste your time dispatching products your never going to receive

Poorly described goods which may occurs with any on line provider. VanStyle required item to be returned, at my expense. I was promised a full refund by Ryan, however, the goods have been with VanStyle for 10 days now. I have sent two messages requesting confirmation when the promised refund will be made. NO RESPONSE! Every company can have problems it’s how they deal with the issue that’s shows the quality or lack of customer service. For this reason I would not recommend VanStyle. Prefer to use a more reliable company.
