Absolutely Terrible, I've called up more than 4 times and have spent over one and half hours waiting to find out when my order will be processed and delivered! Still heard nothing from this company!

Terrible site ordered on 14th July and still haven’t received my order. Was the. Told my order would be delivered in the second week of August but I’m still waiting. No one has been in touch with updates to let me know what’s going on. I got 1 email 11 days ago stating they were awaiting the wheels coming in but nothing since then. Never once have a received an apology.

Bought a tyre and alloy package... only received alloys.... take a picture of the description before you hit BUY so you have proof. my invoice only stated alloys, so when I questioned it they said prove it.... unfortunately I had no come back!...PLEASE BE AWARE!. 0 stars if I could.

The wrong rack was sent and I am unable to get through via phone enquiries. There is no ring tone. I have emailed awaiting a response to swap the rack for the correct one.

Considering the vast cost of delivery ( £10.80 ) I would of expected my item within 48 hours at the very most Item still has not arrived after 10 days not good at all

Rear carbon bumper protector was cracked and split on the end but didn’t notice until I had already fitted it so I’ll have to live with at because it will be totally destroyed coming off as it’s so thin

Bay of 18 of May should be shipped next day this newer hapend today is 29 Jun pack still don't arrive very bad service poor contract highly not recommended

It has not arrived. Delivery firm have no record of what happened. Vanstyle implied I was lying and not pleased that they had to try to sort out. For £15 extra for delivery I do expect better customer service. It gets better the bike rack is out of stock so will probably miss my children's holiday this year. Overall very unprofessional and a disappointed customer & family.

Placed an order on 28th April (availability 10-14 days) it is now 14th June and I am still waiting for delivery, tried calling store, just went to hold for 15 min plus each time, still not been able to contact.....
