“I ordered a 10 item gift box as a back to school treat for my daughter, it arrived very quickly and it was packaged so lovely, a real treat. As my daughter opened it I noticed it only contained 9 items, I emailed TreatBox straight away, the next day I received a apologetic response asking for photos of the packaging and items. 2 days later the missing item was posted to me and my daughter was very pleased. A fantastic company, I will definitely use again.”

“I ordered one of these for my friend’s birthday. She loves her baths and I really enjoyed making up her treat box with lots of bath goodies. I don’t have a photo unfortunately because I wasn’t there when she opened it but she was over the moon with it. I will definitely be ordering again. Such a great concept!”
