“loved this!! bought this as a gift for a friend and she loved it just as much the idea of it is so easy to do but opening it is magical so much thought and care went into the packaging i couldn’t have asked for anything better !! x”

“All items were lovely and my sister seemed super happy with it as a get well gift. However, the box wasn’t the most appealing to open, I expected something bigger so you could see all items clearly…anyway, the bracelet was in such small packaging and was the same colour as the tissue paper so she hadn’t seen it in the box…luckily I asked what she thought of it and we managed to dig it out of the bin before bin day!! Overall, love the items, just wasn’t impressed with the packaging.”

“I have had several boxes from you before and they have always been fab. these last two I ordered her packaged lovely I didn't see the contents as they were gifts and not opened infront of me. I will definitely order more”

“Wrapping paper arrived, the cardboard tube was open and some of the paper was torn. As it worked out at 20 pence per sheet, I can’t really complain.”

“Item arrived damaged unfortunately, contacted TeatBox who said it’s a shame but doesn’t affect overall sentiment or use. No replacement or partial refund offered. Shame as first time using the company and would have expected more. From all their Instagram posts they show the products perfectly, not broken. Didn’t get what I was expecting basically.”

“My friend was going through a really rough time so I decided to send her a TreatBox as a surprise. She was absolutely delighted with the lovely unexpected thoughtful gift. “I've sent a few treat boxes now and each time the recipient has been very happy with the contents and was moved by the sentiment. I like choosing the items and because the box fits through the letterbox, I'm able to surprise people without having to tell them to expect a parcel.”
