Hi Liz, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are so sorry to hear your order has not arrived as of yet! As mentioned in our email communications we have had, we completely understand the frustration and the inconvenience this does cause you. We have spoken with Royal mail and they have advised us that with 48 tracked shipping, if the order is not received after 14 working days from the dispatch date, it is classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe. As you can imagine, once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check there. Please do keep us updated. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you - TreatBox 💗

“Purchased one of these treat boxes for my teenage daughter as a surprise. She was over the moon with the lovely hanging decoration, the tasty biscuit and the packaging too. This parcel was a "we are proud of you" gift for doing well at school and it has made her feel very proud of herself. Will definitely order from here again. Wonderful service from start to finish.
