“Ordered for a birthday (6 weeks in advance) and STILL has not arrived. Unable to track with Royal Mail reference given as it just says that "the package is on its way to us". Appalling turn around time. Useless birthday gift now. Cute in theory but would not recommend.”

“My sisters ordered my the 7 day treatbox for my birthday. I recommend treatbox as I've ordered from them before for myself and others , and the items have always been of great quality. However, the 7 day advent calendar birthday I've just received was extremely disappointing. Day 1 was the happy news paper (not really a gift!) Then other items were a notepad, socks (which are lovely and soft), face mask, necklace, candle...they were OK items but not as exciting/special as I thought for the birthday treat box. And the final gift on my birthday was a cookie which was a huge let down. It's just a large cookie/biscuit ...doesn't really scream ' birthday'. I just know I've had better quality products before (as have my family and friends who I've bought for before)”

“The website was simple to use and there was a great selection of gifts. I accidentally put my own address on the order when I needed it to go directly to my friend for a certain date. I found it very easy to contact treatbox to change the address and they were excellent, my mistake sorted, no problem. My friend received her box in time and was very happy with it. I would definitely use again.”

“Bought for my best friend for Christmas. Think my expectations were quite high, as to what actually arrived. So was disappointed overall. Content was “ok” but I suppose I didn’t think it was worth what was paid in all honesty.”

“Bought my first TreatBox for my 17 year old Daughter and gave it to her on Christmas Eve. I have to say it was worth every single penny!! Went for the 10 item box, had a lovely time picking the items and she absolutely loved it. It was packed and packaged beautifully with a gorgeous hand written note.
