“Fantastic service! Quick dispatch of the boxes ordered. I had issues with one of the boxes being delivered, due to no fault of treatbox, however the customer service I received to get this sorted was superb.”

“I was so excited to hear the team had created pyjamas. They are so soft and so comfortable. They came the next day and they were put on instantly around 1500 in the afternoon haha ( no girls I didn’t wash them first haha who does! I was too excited for them) they came out of the box and straight on to me! And I had the comfiest night ever I will be buying more!.”

“I purchased a TreatBox for a colleague who had recently had surgery. I hand picked the items. Know that my colleague was a vegan was a concern but I managed to select plenty of vegan items. “Ordered for a birthday (6 weeks in advance) and STILL has not arrived. Unable to track with Royal Mail reference given as it just says that "the package is on its way to us". Appalling turn around time. Useless birthday gift now. Cute in theory but would not recommend.”
