“I bought a customised TreatBox for my daughter who is hundreds of miles away at Uni as a little treat in the run up to Christmas! Such a fabulous idea you can pick and choose what you want to add and to have a personalised message added too and very reasonably priced! After having a huge issue of the parcel going missing with the Royal Mail strikes it was finally delivered today and my daughter was over the moon with the little gifts! Just want to add a huge thank you to Natalie for being so understanding and supportive with exceptional customer service!! Would recommend this company for any gifts and I cannot wait to order some more TreatBoxes soon! Thank you all x”

“I've not yet received the box but I just know that my girlfriend will love something like Treatbox. They're so thoughtful and ones with the photos are sentimental. Great ideas and can't wait to see her face when she opens it!”

“I’m not very happy as I ordered the limited edition gingerbread treat box and received a Santa chocolate spoon instead of the gingerbread one. Contacted the company who advised that it is the small print that the hot chocolate spoon is a random pick and is either this one or the gingerbread. All the pictures show the gingerbread one and it’s a gingerbread themed box so I assumed I’d get the gingerbread one. I am neurodivergent so whilst this does not seem a big deal, it is to me”

“Order never arrived, reached out to customer services and they said they’ll reply within 48hrs… it’s been 6 days. I appreciate the postal service have been striking but this should have arrived by now as I ordered it on 21/11/22.”

Please allow me to apologise for the delay in receiving a response. We are experiencing a high volume of emails and calls, resulting in longer response times than we’d like. I assure you we are answering all inquiries with efficiency and in the order which they have been received. I am so sorry but i cannot locate an email from yourself unfortunately, would you be kind enough to email us at hello@treatboxuk.com and we can get this resolved for you. I have had a look into this and can see that your order has been held back to be sent closer to Christmas as it is a Christmas gift going straight to the recipient. We do this so that orders do not arrive too early for the big day. “Had bought some gifts previously which were well received & believed the advent calendar would be of the same quality & standard ,so bought it for myself. So disappointed over the first few days and unwrapped the rest hoping there would be a fair balance. Honestly , some of it is absolute rubbish ,won’t spoil the ‘surprise’ for anyone & appreciate we all have different tastes but I won’t be buying from here again. Best thing about it was the wrapping.”

“I was so excited when my Black Friday offer arrived unfortunately I feel I might not had the best bag. As I had a friend who had better items and have read a review who also had great items, as I had two pack of seed. But I guess unfortunately that was just the luck of the draw really. I would like to buy again from treatbox but I will maybe stick to choosing my items myself next time.”

“Have received and ordered quite a few things from TreatBox and I'm always impressed by the quality of goods and the overall service. I love that you can choose the components of the gift boxes, so many companies just pre fill these boxes which means they lose the personal element. I recently purchased one of their Black Friday goody bags for the first time, they are £28 and you're guaranteed to get 10 items. It's obviously a gamble what you get but anything not suited to you can be regifted. I'm really impressed with the items inside and would definitely order again.”

“My treatbox was just ordered so they haven’t arrived yet but ordering was easy to do and selection of products was brilliant I had to use your customer service as I’d made a mistake with me order and they were excellent and sorted it within a few hours I would definitely recommend treatbox”

“Purchased to brighten up a colleagues day as she was having a rough couple of weeks and this did exactly what it should! She was shocked but grateful and at one stage hugged the box and told us she could feel the love. Defo helped to remind her she was valued and well thought of at a very difficult time both professionally and personally for her. Gifts were lovely and worth every penny. Will defo order again in the future. 😍”
