“1. Read between lines before ordering to Denmark. You will pay 250Dkk extra to customes invoice 2.Did not arrive in time because of been held in customs. 3. Because of extra waiting time we could open package 3days before Birthday 4.Recived package was too soft for sendig so presentation when it arrieved was disapointing 5. Owerall price did not match the content. 6. Day did not get brighter after all”

We have as much information available on our website regarding the delivery process. We are very sorry this was missed. As mentioned on our website and T&Cs, custom charges may apply and are payable by the recipient. Please see this on our website here - https://treatboxuk.com/pages/delivery-information With international shipping it is a legal requirement to go through customs. Unfortunately we cannot give a timeframe of how long this will take and it will be different for each Country. We ship worldwide daily with no issues, We never want our customers to receive issues and we are so sorry for how the box arrived with you. This certainly should not have happened, and we will raise this issue with the delivery company. Please do accept our greatest apologises - TreatBox x

“Just wanted to say thank you! Our box has arrived with my mother in law less than 24 hours later. Really relieved as we were cutting it fine! Thanks so much to everyone at treatbox. I had also rang last week about creating my box and the lady was super helpful. :)”

“The surprise you get every time you receive a box, I have had no trouble with my box so it means no contact with customer service but the price is worth every penny and its neatly packed with a card inside every package.”

“Such a cute Christmas present! My friend is crazy about Christmas. She will start her count down in September. So when I saw TreatBox did mini Christmas boxes, I thought it would be just perfect. She absolutely loved it! Highly recommended. This is my seventh box and I will keep coming for more!”

“Hi guys, Just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for helping me make my mum's day. I ordered one of your wonderful boxes for my mum and it has just arrived. I got her to open it whilst she was on the phone to me and it was SO lovely to hear the joy in her voice as she opened all the little gifts. She is 81, lives alone in Lancashire and has just finished cancer treatment. I had planned to go up to visit this weekend (I live in Hertfordshire) but was unable to go because of illness so this was the next best think. She was so overwhelmed receiving the box that she started crying on the phone (Happy tears) and I started crying too. So thank you for your business and for offering a service that makes days like this that much easier. Keep up the good work! Sara Jane ”

“Purchased as a Birthday gift for my 11 year old granddaughter. Her Birthday isn't till December so I haven't looked at the contents as I didn't to want undo the lovely packaging. All in all love what I see so far!”

“I had gotten the 'proud of you' gift box for my sister for her graduation. We were both thrilled with it!! It came so nicely packaged with confetti and added little touches which made it feel personal. Would definately buy another box from you!”

“I've been having/using Treatbox since the spring. Absolutely amazing products & the best bit that it's a total surprise. You don't get many surprises in life these days?? I've even gifted some of the items as presents to friends & family. Totally loved November box ad I'm a moon follower and receiving the Lunar Calendar was amazing!! Customer service is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and always helpful with your query.”

“What a fantastic and thoughtful idea. I wanted to create a care package for a colleague who has unfortunately suffered a great loss. I didn't have the time to do this to be honest, and it's also hard to find such great value products to arrange. This was incredibly efficient and such good value for money. I literally typed 'care package' in Google and it appeared at the top so was very easy to find. Website and pictures look fantastic so thought I'd try it out. Thank you so much, fantastic idea, wishing you all the success and prosperity with this business.”
