“Quick and efficient order process. One item did not fit as described and it was a bit of a battle to get the item returned by TVA paid postage but eventually got this sorted along with the refund. Customer support could be a little better and better advised on items.”

The customer reached out by email about returning the product, in less than 24 hours he had a response regarding how to return the item for a refund. The item was received on the 12/06/2023 and was refunded on 13/06/2023 Our terms and conditions state that upon receipt of an item we aim to issue a refund within 7 days. On this occasion TVA processed the return within 24 hours of receiving the item well within the time frame mentioned on our terms and conditions.

“Delivery came open and and damaged. Not there fault I appreciate, initially the response was good to out problem. Very prompt. However, after requesting the items again, as I still have the same two vans I need to fit roof bars to. I have not had a response. See what what next week brings”

“as regards to the roof rack both packages were open, parts missing not very happy, but my fault for not checking thoroughly when they arrived Parts missing (washers, no sponge pads fittings between rack and van, 6 finishing plugs instead of 8) Delivery was on time no faults from delivery persons but as I say packages were badly wrapped or damaged in delivery thank you Trade Van for your reply.”

Please call or email our customer service team with a list of the parts that is missing as we will send this out straight away for you. We do our upmost to ensure we package items well to avoid any issues in transit, but occasionally things do happen as we use an outside courier service. “Purchased roof bars from TVA. Good price, quality product and swift delivery. Unfortunately bars were not compatible with my top box so had to return. Refund processed very quickly. Happy to recommend this company.”

“The service I received when ordering and making further enquires was excellent and I couldn’t improve upon that however I found the courier let down the company- my order came in 2 deliveries split over 4 days and the delivery person was less than helpful when I enquired as to why this happened and when the second half of my order would be arriving,I had to call trade a van to find this out and was told the delivery driver had this information but was obviously too lazy to look.Overall I’m still happy with the order but if your looking for ways to improve then change the courier or educate them Thanks Dean Thanks”

“Great fit for my 2022 J12 Qashqai easy to fit all parts included with No Drilling required. Would recommend using loctite on bolts once you are happy with placement If you have mud flaps fitted you will need to shorten running boards again very easy to do remove end caps and cut to correct lenght (i used an angle grinder) refit end caps and secure back with self tapper you removed drilling a small hole Overall very happy with product and the look on car”
