“Absolutely terrible! They're just generic and not made for a specific vehicle. Picked the right wind deflectors for my van but they're not cut right and the angle is wrong so it lines up at one end but not the other. The edges are rough and bumpy and not cut straight. I wouldnt need instructions but the box says theyre included however there's none in there. Cheap nasty product that's now a complete waste of my hard earned money.”

“Was disappointed that the cross bars were different sizes and i had to cut them down to size also that it makes a lot of noise when travelling over 50 mph so much so that I now only put them on as and when I need to carry something”

“They not fit for purpose as they are are very flimsy and you can’t put them evenly on your Audi q7 as the back steps will bend something awful . Also once fitted you can’t send them back as they told me they have to be in as new condition. But that’s impossible as when you put brackets on they bend as only made of aluminium so avoid at all cost”

“Personally I don't think I'll use them again because I was advised to purchase a part for my van which I found out doesn't fit, and now I have to drive 80 miles to get it changed.”

Ordering incorrectly, it will be your responsibility to return. Your order was placed for the long wheel base and after you received your order you made us aware that you have a short wheel base. “My purchase arrived sanwiched between two pieces of cardboard secured with three it's of tape no foam protection or bubble wrap. Needless to say item was split and scratched. I got the impression that you don't care at all. I shall never recommend or purchase from you again.”

“First off my parcel came and only half the stuff i ordered was in the package, i had to chase up the rest. Secondly the bolts provided were to short so i had to purchase some longer ones. Thirdly the over all quality of the product is poor and the plastic bits that go between the roof and the side bars are not fit for purpose and do not fit nicely. Finally as soon as i hit 40 mph the noise starts, to be expected i know but ive had much better quality in the past with cheaper bars. I was not going to complain but you guys sent me the email soooo. Regards Jim”

“Not enough height to clear the roof of the ladder clamps, so they tap on the roof with bumps. cross bars bend with one set of triple ladders weighing in about 45 kilo, when the max load is a lot higher on the advert. The crossbars do not fit into the sleeves fully making them weak and bend easily. Wast of money to be honest.”

Please ensure the cross bars are fitted with the screw at the end of the bar to ensure a tight and close fit to avoid any movement once fitted to the roof rail. The roof rails and cross bars can carry a weight load of 60kgs Please note the items purchased are a low profile style cross bars. We do supply the Atlas V1 cross bars which sit higher on the rail to give you more access and they provide a higher weight load rating. “The roof rack is a very poor fit. All instructions were followed but the roof rack needed to be manipulated in order for all the screws to be located in the van roof. Once the rails were on the van roof the fitment was very poor. I have sent supporting photographs along with a detailed description of the issues and have received no response from the seller. Reading though the terms and conditions, if any items are fitted then they will not accept the return but the issue only becomes evident once the item is installed.”

“These roof racks was made out of drawings, but they never tried them. So they don’t fit of course. The x4 spread bars are 20mm too long as they cannot fit fully into those plastic pockets due to the holes in them protruding in 10 mm each, so overall I had to cut 20mm each aluminium bar. Also those shim to go under are 3d printed and of course don’t fit, they’re very poorly made, I don’t give them a long life due to UV radiation and exposed to whole elements. Also why there’s only one hole to screw into van roof when there’s 2? When they drilled one they should drill another one to have as optional, this would make it stronger, the roof rack is holding only by 6 screws , there should be 12 to make it more sturdy. Overall it was easy to install ect. Super fast delivery though.”

The roof rails and cross bars you purchased are manufactured using an anodised aluminium construction that has been tested to withstand the UK weather. The strength and durability of the roof rail is not compromised in any way with the design of using only one of the 2 bolt points on each of the original mounting points. These roof rails and cross bars still carry a load capacity of 75kgs.
