“Initially the parcel was delivered with an open box and parts missing (probably rough treatment by the courier. However, many thanks to Matt in sales, the missing parts were delivered 2 days later. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.”

“No real description of pushing the two pieces together, it required a hammer oil an a prayer to get them aligned and pushed together It would also have been helpful to highlight the difference in lengths between front and rear I also had to buy grommets to blank off the holes Where the adjustment key was visible to remove the rack.”

“Items bought were od good quality. Had a few issues with the alloys originally ordered as they were out of stock. Kayleigh handled everything and was very helpful and I appreciated this. Delivery company used should be evaluated as they left some of my items on the drive if my house where they could have been stolen. Other than that would recommend”

“Although packaging of the rails was not ideal, the response from customer services has been fantastic and replacement "rubber feet" were sent out and delivered within 48 hours. Would happily recommend TVA.”

“Would have been a 5 star but there was a very small dent in the alloy side bar which must have happened in transit. Delivery was very prompt All thou the fitting instructions could be better, I was going to have ago myself fitting them, so ended up asking my local mechanic to fit for me, I would say near impossible unless it’s on a ramp. Product Will hopefully stand the test of time. Thanks.”
