“Bought some fairly cheap roof bars which were pretty shoddy really and have terrible instructions. Had to delve onto the internet to properly find some guidance. Get what you pay for. Delivery folk they use are terrible.”

“I have given TVA three stars because i did encounter a few issues, first one of the side steps was damaged, nothing serious but it seems to happening to other buyers too. Second the tracking details never worked when you clicked on the link TVA sent. Third the order arrived in two parts at two different days even though i only had been sent tracking details for one shipment The steps came one day, the brackets and screws another day....why? Just send the items together. I did telephone and left a voicemail message to inform TVA of the damage and missing fitments but they never returned my call. It took several calls to get any satisfactory outcome. The side steps look like they have been previously fitted to a vehicle but then were returned, you could see inside scratch and fitting marks. The brackets came with an old instruction leaflet for tge fitting of 'Krull' side steps, very strange because the side steps are supposed to be TVA's own brand. The instruction leaflet was discoloured yellow with age, my guess is the side steps are rejects due to slight damage etc, and the fitting kits are old kits from a company that has sonce gone bust. Hence the confusing package, this would explain why other buyers have had slightly damaged side steps. However may i add, the side steps were fine after i used some tiger seal that TVA reimbursed me for. So yes i was happy in the end but i am still a little confused at what is going on behind the scenes.”

“Ordered first spoiler arrived quickly but box and spoiler damaged beyond use it was very poorly packed and the parcel company damaging the box and contents didn't help....so I send pictures to trade van accessories no problem send it back we will send another spoiler second spoiler arrived box undamaged upon opening found most of the securing tape missing or torn off basically it appeared the spoiler had been fitted to another vehicle before so I complained again sent photos this time to be told there is nothing wrong with it that's how the spoilers are supplied sometimes and I either accept it or take a full refund...I chose the full refund. I suggest your staff couldn't care less and throw anything in the box poorly pack it and then supplied substandard goods twice all in all trade van accessories you failed and I suggest people check anything they buy very carefully or not bother with this company full stop. The spoiler design is lovely painted lovely it's just packing and delivery have let the company down such a shame I'm beyond disappointed ☹️”

Hello Diane, Thanks for taking the time to write about your order. We are sorry to hear the first item arrived damaged in transit. We do our best to package these to ensure this doesn't happen in the first place. But unfortunately on occasion items can get damaged while in the hands of the couriers. We can ensure you we do not send out items that have been fitted to other vehicles. The spoilers we sell, some of the older stock come with a tape and the newer stock does not. The tape is not used in the fitting of the spoilers as it is not adequate for fitting the spoiler. It could be your second order was one of these from the newer stock. Both fit just fine, with or without tape as it is the adhesive is needed to fit these spoilers.
