Accessories arrived with a part broken . It was replaced quickly. The roof bar fittings are not great quality but they are ok.

Only reading a gave 2out of 5 due to be no instructions as in how to put together nuts/bolts/brackets on van took 2.5 hrs from start to finish. Would be a good idear to have instructions in box not a video on line.

Bought a set of rails and three cross bars for 2025 Transit Custom. The rails instructions are poor, better quality of pictures will be recomended, the were rubber washers missing in the rail fitting kit. The cross bars were of the same lenght and required cutting to fit the rear part. There were only 4 rubber protectors, making two of the clamps to be tightened directly against the rail which will damaged the paint. Not ideal, consider alternative options. Delivery was ok....

Ordered two spoilers both arrived damaged so returned them. The replacements were also damaged on arrival and to be fair a full refund was given . But a lost customer due to this is difficult to swallow. The staff have been lovely in all fairness

Recommended side bars didn’t fit properly and still waiting over a week later for other bolts etc to be delivered. Really poor instructions for self fitting for something that shouldn’t be complicated

I have emailed and phoned as the box was packaged well, but inside all the polythene was ripped and the backing from the tape had been peeled off, I would like a new set sent out please?

Delivery very slow despite paying for express 1/2 day. Not very helpful either when I got in contact and quite dismissive when I asked for some assistance. Poor show!!!

Bought some side steps from here with brackets. The side steps were smashed when I opened the box but I know that’s not necessarily the fault of trade van but rather the courier. What is trade vans fault is there was no protective packaging such as bubble wrap/foam or any padding of any kind in the box. It was just a cardboard box with no protection for £220 worth of product. If it’s not protected then it’s going to smash which is what happened. The refund was issued without problem and good communication but I will not be buying from these in the future if they cannot put any protection on an expensive item.

The side steps (the most expensive in their range) that I purchased for my Fiat Fullback pickup truck are very attractive and of solid construction. However, the mounting brackets are of poor design and do not fit correctly and the post-sale customer service has been extremely poor. The brackets are too short resulting in the step being totally hidden by the sill with only a 20mm gap meaning that they are useless as a side step. My emails and answer phone messages were unanswered. It took 6 phone calls to get hold of a member of staff. The staff member was uninterested and just said that's how they should fit. Not what I expected for £242.

Ordered and paid for. Delivered to the wrong address and found a week later. There were no fixing brackets, so unable to fit the steps. Contacted Van Accessories, who said they would send replacement brackets . A week later still no brackets. Contacted the Tradee Van centre, who contacted the courier to be told that they had been lost in transit. They are now out of stock of brackets and steps. I was offered a £60 discount if i decided to keep the steps, minus the brackets. I declined this and a collection of the steps has been arranged, and a full refund promised. Frustrating, as the steps themselves seem of good quality. I will try and source the same set elsewhere. CRAZY SITUATION

Seem to be ok quality but runner boards are sitting alot lower than the car body work and also at an angle as if tge brackets are not level/bent correct, also flex when stood on. I see why these are £160 rather that £260, quality/finish isnt as good.

The customer reached out by email about returning the product, in less than 24 hours he had a response regarding how to return the item for a refund. The item was received on the 12/06/2023 and was refunded on 13/06/2023 Our terms and conditions state that upon receipt of an item we aim to issue a refund within 7 days. On this occasion TVA processed the return within 24 hours of receiving the item well within the time frame mentioned on our terms and conditions.

No real description of pushing the two pieces together, it required a hammer oil an a prayer to get them aligned and pushed together It would also have been helpful to highlight the difference in lengths between front and rear I also had to buy grommets to blank off the holes Where the adjustment key was visible to remove the rack.

Ordered the Sahara roof rails and cross bars. The rails are ok but the cross bars are pathetic. I only ordered them as the website stated that they can carry 50kg. But the truth is, these are the exact same bars as other websites are selling and they state that there's no load rating as they're for aesthetics rather than for actually carrying anything. I emailed and got a reply saying "I've fitted loads of these, can't see what's wrong. Have you done them up right". These should not be being sold as roof bars for carrying anything. They will cause an accident if they haven't already.

ORDER NEARLY TWO WKS LATE. TOLD IT WAS DUE TO BAD WEATHER, BUT IT WAS IN DISPATCH STAGE. CONTACTED THE CARRIER WHO SAID THEY HAD ORDER. DETAILS ONLY , NOT THE ITEM. CONTACTED TV AGAIN, THEWY SAID IT WAS IN DISPATCH!!!. FINALLY RECEIVED IT, ( 2 ITEMS DAMAGED, I CORRECTED THE DAMAGE MYSELF,) TWO WEEKS LATER THAN EXPECTED DATES GIVEN NOT IMPRESSED.

Sent wrong colour the offered a £20 discount if I kept them ! Waited another 2 days for the chrome to turn up. No apology! Bolts were not long enough to reach the bars from the brackets so had to acquire my own. Either the brackets or bars were obviously wrong ! If I wasn’t mechanically minded they would have been useless.

The side bars I ordered have been sub standard Replacement bars received where also sub standard , let’s hope the bars in transit where quality checked
