“Absolutely terrible! Got sent half way to me then sent back to sender then had to get a refund as the to I originally wanted from this site wasn't in stock anymore and now waiting for 2 different refunds that I still don't have..won't be ordering off here again”

“Excellent customer service. Had some delivery issues (which was no fault of ToyDip). Long story short, my order was returned to sender and when I went to reorder the item was out of stock. I’m emailed ToyDip to see if they could re-dispatch my order to a different address once they’d received it back. They said they were unable to make any promises as it would depend on the condition it arrives back in, but that they would be in touch with an update once they’d received it back. I genuinely didn’t expect to hear back as this particular product was either sold out everywhere (including on ToyDip) or double the price! However, Jacob from ToyDip emailed me to let me know that they’d received the order back and it was suitable for resale and would be being listed again within the next 30 minutes. I received an email shortly after to say it was back in stock, ordered without any problems, and received it the day after. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I really appreciate it and my little boy is going to be very happy come Christmas Day!”
