despite the tracker giving me a delivery time for 3 weeks ago , i have not received my purchase and am claiming a refund.

Item not received and the tracking states it's on its way back to you. I emailed you back 2 days ago and advised that this is a Christmas present so need you to get it to me asap please.

Absolutely terrible! Got sent half way to me then sent back to sender then had to get a refund as the to I originally wanted from this site wasn't in stock anymore and now waiting for 2 different refunds that I still don't have..won't be ordering off here again

Still waiting on parcel. I’d give a five as you dispatched in good time but Evri as usual leave us waiting. It was showing to be delivered on Weds and it still is! Your customer service team (especially Jacob have been great so 5 stars to him),

Have not received my parcel - bought it forever ago - seems Evri have ?lost it - the tracking is saying they couldn't deliver on the 12th and it's now the 17th, there's no reason for it not to be delivered because Evri always deliver to me.

Toydip let me say that you are great. However please for the love of all that is holy. Stop using Evri/Hermes as a currier. That puts such a bad mark against you.

The outer delivery box was very damaged and consequently the box for one of my items was also damaged. I am very unhappy with as these are collectable items and will not be recommending you to others.
