Hi Karen, As stated in the email this was out for delivery on Friday the 10th and was supposed to arrive between 15:30 - 16:30. Did this arrive? If it has would you consider revising your review? If it has not arrived please email us and we will take this further. Many thanks, Kind regards Jacob

“Still waiting on parcel. I’d give a five as you dispatched in good time but Evri as usual leave us waiting. It was showing to be delivered on Weds and it still is! Your customer service team (especially Jacob have been great so 5 stars to him),”

“It's been a great experience with ToyDip, after being initially a bit wary, having never really heard of them, and also the prices seeming a bit too good to be true for what I was looking for. Trustpilot gave me enough confidence in them however, to go ahead with the purchase, and was not disappointed in the slightest. Very quickly dispatched, and received, well packaged, and if perfect condition on arrival. Absolutely no hesitance in giving them full marks for this purchase. Many thanks folks!”
