“I found Toy Dip to go above and beyond for my order - I had an issue with the courier losing the parcel which I had purchased as a birthday gift & when I didn’t get anywhere with Evri Toy Dip not only emailed me but also called me and then arranged for another one to be sent out via DPD next day to ensure it arrived in time Absolutely amazing customer service … 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them 100 %”

“Lovely product. But ordered next day delivery. Paid more than seven pounds for that, cos really needed it. Didnt come next day. I suggest they add an auto function that let's you know if you're too late ordering to get next day delivery. Other websites can do that.”

“Made to move Barbie (volley ball player) as described. Unfortunately the packaging was badly damaged and the doll's neck is cracked. Luckily this is not for a toy for a child but as a model for dolls' clothes I make. It wasn't worth returning it especially as it had been removed from the box.”
