“Very disappointed. Parcel arrived damaged. Returned immediately as agreed with a request for an exchange. Despite providing an address for the new delivery both inside the return parcel and by email which was acknowledged I then received a refund several days later in error. I was then asked to reorder but I decided to go elsewhere as I had lost confidence in the organisation at Toydip.”

“Ordered a Barbie set and 4 Bratz Dolls. Barbie set received however the dolls were missing, received a refund straight away and commutation was faultless however no explanation as to where the dolls had went as they were scanned in the same package and no offer of a replacement being sent out.”

“I ordered 5 things, 2 transformers studio series galvatrons and 3 studio series revenge of the fallen gridors. The galvatrons arrived well packaged and were here quick but the gridors still haven't arrived”

“Order was great and delivethe outside box was crushed. Therefore one of the toys inside was crushed… the box.. as this was disappointing as they are presents for my daughter”
