I ordered 2 relatively small items that came in a massive box with no padding and the label barely visible. The delivery driver was looking all around my area as all that was visible was the beginning of the postcode. Boxes of the toys were damaged. Will not be ordering again.

Delivery was quick. However the box for the Hot Wheels was damaged. Not great when was intended as a present.

Ordered item on Black Friday, despatched 2 days later but after two weeks I didn’t have the item. No tracking details available from them for the courier. By the time the issue was resolved, the item was no longer in stock. Refund was quick but was still left desperately trying to source the item for my son’s Christmas present in time. Never had issues like this from other companies. Lesson learnt for choosing them just because they were cheapest!

For £39.99 I wasn’t impressed that there is no insert to hold the cards or money, the houses and hotels are basic and so is the money. In comparison to the older version of the Disney monopoly, where the money was printed better, houses/hotels are cottages and castles and there is an insert for convenience. The product also came damaged and toy dip refused to refund me unless I returned it. But it was more hassle than necessary and they were given photo evidence.
