“The box was completely ripped and was a Xmas present for a young child . Promote delivery service but condition of product not impressed and it was clear to see that someone e had opened the item previous with large amounts of tape keeping it together . Ben”

“ToyDip were great but delivery failed as the parcel got stuck in the network. Finding what was happemning proved to be difficult as Hermes could not be contacted and ToyDip was not responding to email or voicemail enquiries. Just in time, ToyDip cauogt up and offered a refund, which happened very quickly. ToyDip was great, if a little slow in responding, but the courier delivery was a disaster!”

“My order didn’t arrive. I couldn’t get through to ToyDip customer service by phone, it went to a message bank. Got a response from my email after a couple of days but it was not helpful. Courier must have lost, they had not contacted courier, could refund. Emailed back to request refund, haven’t heard anything back yet…..sorry can’t give a good review even though the courier lost the package, the customer service was not great and I had to do a last minute Christmas toy shop for my kids as no urgent replacement was offered. (Nb. Order placed 7Dec)”

“Quick dispatch, packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Item as described. So happy to find Toydip website after a google of a toy that I couldn’t find anywhere or sold at extortionate price anywhere else. I managed to get the Hotwheels Super Ultimate Garage which is the only thing my son asked for Christmas £50 cheaper here than other sellers. Really happy with my bargain and the shopping experience with toydip. Highly recommend.”
