“Ordered item on Black Friday, despatched 2 days later but after two weeks I didn’t have the item. No tracking details available from them for the courier. By the time the issue was resolved, the item was no longer in stock. Refund was quick but was still left desperately trying to source the item for my son’s Christmas present in time. Never had issues like this from other companies. Lesson learnt for choosing them just because they were cheapest!”
