“It was a simple transaction, purchased a Sthil chainsaw without any issues. Web site was easy to access and use, once ordered the delivery was excellent, was due 2/3 days but arrived with dpd the very next day, really a very good experience throughout, would use them again and will definitely highly recommend them.”

“Excellent service and very quick. However im a little disappointed with the product which is not a reflection of Toolstore. I have used makita tools for a lot of years but this lawn mower is not as i was expecting. It does not pick up all the grass and leaves lines of cut grass.”

“Dispatched promptly with good comms and great value prices. I found the courier DPD did not accet my instructions,re delivery and returned it directly to ToolStore. A quick email to ToolStore Uk and the issue was sorted immedialtley, arrangeing redelivery, without addtional charge. Excellent after sales service and has encouraged me to recommed to firends and will be my first call for my next purchase.”
