“Item was advertised with free delivery but was charged £12.00 Also i never received any tracking details until i asked for them.”

“I found the item I was looking for easily on their website. The price of the item and postage costs were extremely favourable. The ordering process was easy and the goods I ordered were delivered the next day which was very surprising considering I live in the North East of Scotland.
