“Purchased 2 Makita drills from Toolstore. Cheaper than buying it from places like screwfix. Paid for a Sat delivery as i wouldn't be in during the week. I was kept informed of delivery throughout the process. Dpd gave me an hour slot which is nice. Cardboard box the drill was in did come all damaged so you could see that there was a drill inside, the delivery driver did say to me to check it was all there before he left the door which I did and all was good. Yes I would definitely buy from them again”

“What can l tell you. Saw your great price for a Makita mower, ordered it online, delivered a few days later over the May Day holiday. We only have a couple of small lawns front and back but did one yesterday and one today. Worked brilliantly. We will be back ToolStore UK, you can be sure of that. Thanks for great service. I would also like to congratulate you on your choice of carrier. DPD excelled themselves with almost minute by minute tracking. In total, a truly excellent online buying experience.”

“Looking for a Dewalt SDS drill I scoured the market. ToolStore gave the best price for a bare unit. Ordering was dead easy offering free delivery in a few days. However the drill was delivered within 48hrs with perfect communication from TS and their courier. Excellent Service will use again 👍”

“Price was very competitive and delivery would have arrived far sooner than the web site offered (which was quick anyway) but was let down by courier having a problem. So it arrived when I originally thought it would so no complaints at all.”
