“Excellent company to deal with! I bought a mower online and when it was delivered next day I realised I'd made a mistake ordering such a heavy one. I rang customer service the next day and explained. They were very pleasant to deal with and arranged for me to bring the return into their store. Again, a very pleasant member of staff dealt with me. A full refund was processed within a week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ToolstoreUK.”

“Good level of communcation regarding order,item well packaged and delivery was timely, all was great. Product only briefly used so time will show how sturdy the hose reel is but all fittings included and arrived complete and undamaged.”
