“Goo prices, delivery. however a VAT invoice was not sent by e-mail-only with goods.This causes problems with our goods-in as our system cannot cope with Invoices sent wit goods”

“Excellent service, however, I'm not a fan of Dpd as the huge boxes were left on mg front doorstep in full view of all... Instead of in my secure safe place.... Had to ring my daughter to go round n rescue them from possibly being stolen..... Please don't use Dpd in future......as I've never had a good experience with them!!!!”

Hello Craig, We're sorry to see you have left us a 1 star review and for the delay in receiving your parcel. As advised on both the phone calls with us and via emails, this was an issue within the DPD network. Once you raised with us to ourselves, we looked into this straight away and advised your parcel was on route back to us due to refusal. Since this we have confirmed with you that we have arranged for this to be sent back out to you on a next day service. - Due to arrive tomorrow.
