Hello Craig, We're sorry to see you have left us a 1 star review and for the delay in receiving your parcel. As advised on both the phone calls with us and via emails, this was an issue within the DPD network. Once you raised with us to ourselves, we looked into this straight away and advised your parcel was on route back to us due to refusal. Since this we have confirmed with you that we have arranged for this to be sent back out to you on a next day service. - Due to arrive tomorrow. If there's anything else we can do to assist please let us know. Thank you Toolstore .
