“After spending £188 not happy to have to pay for return of drill box which I ordered by mistake for drill I bought from you I wish someone had told me that the drill would not fit in the box”

Dear Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to leave this 3 star review. Our returns policy is listed on our website and we are very transparent about the fact that returns costs are to be covered by the customer. Orders that are placed on our website are processed automatically which means that our sales team have no input in processing them. However, we do have a direct contact number for the sales team as well as a 'contact us' section on the website whereby customers can ask questions, check availability and compatibility etc. before placing any orders with us. Our team would have been more than happy to confirm if the drill would fit in the box had you called us, but unfortunately there were no calls from your number. We do have one shop and the shop and our warehouse are based in Wigan in the North West of England, and we also have an online website where we can deliver to the whole of the UK on a next working day service. “Impressive service. Ordered at 15:00, delivered by 13:00 next day. Also was contacted by their team within 15 minutes of order as I had mistakenly selected collection instead of delivery. Also best price around by some way. Would definitely reccommend.”

“The product was as described and arrived within a reasonable time. For some reason, the first order was cancelled however the CS rep was very responsive and informative. Managed to reorder and got the item as intended”
