“Description not clear enough, resulted in buying the wrong lawn mower. Wanted wireless electric. Now the wire got trapped under the lawn more and broke. Giving extra two stars for quick email responses.”

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Regarding the item you purchased from us, our website does clearly explain that this is a 240v machine meaning it is powered by being plugged into the mains electric, and therefore is not 'wireless'. It sounds like you were looking for a battery powered machine and these would not be classed as electric as they are powered by batteries. These are 2 different things, unfortunately. I hope this helps to clarify this for you. Had you realised that you had ordered the wrong item, we do accept returns within 30 days providing that the item is unused and in the original packaging, but unfortunately you have confirmed that this item has been used. Thank you for your purchase.

“Not a great deal to say really since the product I ordered was not right. But dealing with the team at Tool store was really easy and they provided me with all of the help to return the product. I was kept informed of the delivery back to Toolstore and informed of my reimbursement - a good company to deal with”

“What a fantastic company very competitive prices I have searched the internet for a product that was not stocked by the usual crowd but these guys not only were cheaper they had it in stock and delivered next day without any more cost would highly recommend”

“Item arived incomplete in a patched up box. Obviously some of the contents were missing. On phoning the assistant said she would investigate what was missing and phone straight back. There was no contact until I 'phonrd again the next day. She then suggested I download the paperwork and print it out for myself I pointed out that I had bought and paid for a new hedge trimmer, not a reject or incomplete item. She then said she would source the original documentetion and send this to me by post This has now been done but it took a week. Not very satisfactory.”
