We use DPD as our carrier who provide a tracked parcel delivery service for our valued customers. This enables us to track the progress of all orders in transit and for the customer to make arrangements around the one hour delivery slot, emailed to them on the morning of delivery. We have found it gives us greater opportunity to manage deliveries and in most instances, can deliver on a next day service. We are glad you found us to have a seamless service and look forward to assisting you again! We hope to get the opportunity to assist you again.

“This is the first time I have used Toolstore UK and it certainly won`t be the last. They were fantastic. The delivery service provided by them was FIRST CLASS and very quick. There was a small item missing from one of the boxes in my order (which Toolstore UK would not have known (the box was sealed up) A quick phone call a few details confirmed and the item was sent out straight away. To clarify it was reported missing on Wednesday and received on Friday of the same week...You can not ask for better service than that!!!. Many Thanks to the teams at Toolstore UK and the continued success of your company. Importantly the price I paid for the items was the best I could find too.”
