“My item was delivered next day, even on a Saturday so brilliant work. I'll give 4 stars because I haven't used customer service yet but I would use again”

“Purchased a Dewalt Impact driver recently from Toolstore UK. Had missed a good offer from a local tool supplier and was looking if someone had a similar deal online. Found ToolstoreUK and their price was as good as the offer i had missed. Was a bit skeptical but all reviews seemed ok so i went for it. Impact driver arrived next day by DPD. Delivery was free Also ordered a set of impact screwdriver bits at an equally cheap price . Most impressed with the service i received from ToolstoreUK and will certainly be using uour services again.”

Dear Ronnie, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we are sorry that your delivery did not arrive next day as expected. During the Christmas period, DPD did experience some operational delays due to the strikes and them having additional volume during that period. Our customer services team were dealing with a large number of calls and emails during this period chasing up deliveries for customers, but regrettably we didn't hear from yourself so we were not aware of your delay. I understand that you have since been in contact with us and we have resolved this matter for you. Thank you again for the feedback and for your order.

“I purchased a couple of items that qualified for a price draw (unbeknown to me). A kind gentleman called me up to advise I had been their lucky winner. True to his word I received a new DCH283 complete with 2off 5Ah batts, charger + suitable Tstack box. I have been meaning to say a massive thank you, previously never one a thing and on this basis alone I will definitely be using ToolStore UK again! Nice early Xmas present THANK YOU TS UK.”
