Item arived incomplete in a patched up box. Obviously some of the contents were missing. On phoning the assistant said she would investigate what was missing and phone straight back. There was no contact until I 'phonrd again the next day. She then suggested I download the paperwork and print it out for myself I pointed out that I had bought and paid for a new hedge trimmer, not a reject or incomplete item. She then said she would source the original documentetion and send this to me by post This has now been done but it took a week. Not very satisfactory.
