“Very prompt delivery but postage too high for such a lightweight garment”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Our current delivery service is a tracked next working day service whereby DPD provides customers with a 1 hour time slot for their parcel. We find that most customers appreciate this service as it allows them to free up the rest of their day and DPD also offers multiple inflight options such as leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or even have it delivered to a pickup shop. Therefore the price isn't weight dependant but is determined by the service that we offer, and most orders above £30 qualify for free next working day delivery to the majority of UK postcodes. “One of the best tool stores in the UK. After many bad experiences with competitors I found ToolstoreUK very useful 👌 Theoreticaly all of them sell exactly the same stock but there is something else. Toolstore customer service is great as a whole (delivery, packaging, acting if something wrong for ex. Item damaged). I will definitely use them again.. and again. P.S. AVOID company called ITS”
