“I was drawn to using ToolStore UK having looked at the company history on its website. Any company which allows its workers an hour away from their workstations for a lunch break, is delightfully old fashioned. How lovely! In any event the item I ordered arrived exactly on time, to the minute! Uncanny! I will definitely be using ToolStore UK as and when needed in future. Well done!”

Dear Freddie, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all feedback and we try to take your comments on board to improve our service. Our customer services team have already reached out to you via email regarding this review, as you say that we sent you the wrong size but the tool belt you purchased is only available in one size. You also mention that the goods arrived 4 days late, but we did speak to you about this at the time because you placed your order after our business closed on Friday and you had paid for a Saturday service. Therefore your order was processed on the Monday when we re-opened and the goods were sent on a next day service, and we refunded you for the premium delivery charge that you paid. This was all discussed and agreed via email at the point of us processing your order. Thank you again for the feedback, and for choosing ToolStoreUK.

“I had to return a hand clamp, as it was too small for my use. Called and your staff very clearly organized for it to be picked up and a designated address. Your instructions were very easy to understand and adhere to. No fuss. Thank you ToolStore. Totally recommend your organization.”

“Morning, Order Nbr. TSUK223309 was delivered on time, however the essential tools for the safe operation of the product is missing. There should be a spanner and hex key to tighten the Dewalt DCS565N Brushless 165 mm Circular Saw should the blade come loose, which it did. This happened when the 18v battery was low and the saw jammed, the saw blade came loose. This is a safety hazard. This product should be supplied with those essentials to keep it operational and safe. I await to hear from you. Regards, HaiSan”

“Ordered a DeWalt Tool on a Thursday evening. Delivery was quoted as Monday one working day after processing, but in the event, it was delivered early on Saturday. The delivery used had full tracking with an estimated one-hour delivery slot plus the opportunity to delay to another day. Excellent service and delivery. Would use this firm again.”
