“This is not a review of a wine but the fantastic company and people behind the screen. Where to start? Well everyone's first interaction with the company of course, the website. In the modern world this is still a pleasure to navigate with a link and dropdown structure Microsoft would be proud of and search facility Amazon haven't equaled with their billions. It's also pretty with fabulous information on each wine. Next the people. I've had interactions with a couple of people over email and phone. They are without fail friendly helpful and informative. I've asked about wines in stock, wines they don't. Advice has been given and taken. Orders amended and deliveries changed to suit. My last order had a change to the delivery suggested due to the weather forecast and the risk of damaging the wine! How many companies offer this kind of service. In all my years this is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and for that reason it will be my pleasure to continue shoping with The Vinorium.”

“I think we did our first order of wine from Vinorium some 5-6 years ago, and ever since it has been flawless wine, communications, ordering and delivery. Some years ago, we were fortunate to live in Melbourne for 3 years and have visited then and since, right across the big Lucky Country. There is truly excellent wine to be found in Australia the equal of anywhere really, and often better. Vinorium bring these best and better wines to us here in the UK, and do it very well. Stuart's weekly polemics on the wine industry are always a good read, and make you smile and think in equal measure. It's invidious to pick favourites but will try - The Relic on the reds (a most recent order) is run close by Utopos's various bottles and Margaret River Cab sav's and Tassie pinot. And the whites? Well, loved Cobaw Ridge in the past, and today it would be pretty much any Margaret River chardonnays and SBS's. We do like drinking French, Spanish and Italian wine, but ultimately we always come back to Oz. Thanks for the great service at Vinorium.”

“I watch the Vinorium website like a hawk (as well as the emails, of course). Splendid vinous opportunities are frequently found and like all genuine finds they sometimes sell out quickly. After three years of regular purchasing, it is now a go-to, and much loved.”

“New to The Vinorium, I ordered a couple of cases to try. First to arrive was the bargain-priced Frei Brothers 2018 Sonoma Reserve. Before we finished the first bottle I had ordered a second case, foolish not to at this price/quality. A while after I received an email from Michelle at Vinorium, my case of Maison de Grand Esprit 2018 has been wrongly routed by the courier. She had been checking the deliveries and had already spoken to the courier. By the way, I hadn't even noticed. Whilst we were corresponding, a van arrived and delivered the wine. Nice to know wines are packed exceptionally well and your deliveries are monitored by The Vinorium. Great wine, great prices, great customer service! What's not to like? Thank you and I look forward to more fine wines in the future.”

“The Vinorium is one of my "go to" wine merchants for the quality of its great wines. Sonoma County Merlot looks a bargain at this price point, and didn't disappoint. The Dabbler is a regular purchase - free delivery made it a half-price bottle!!”

“Customer service par excellence. I am a fairly regular use of Vinorium as I love the range of wines (having lived in Oz for a while). Recently I tried to purchase Veugeot Grand Esprit as the review was outstanding - the order was placed within 90 mins of reading the review - alas the system said sold out!!! I didnt believe it, I thought it was a system glitch so I emailed Stu to alert him. Amazingly it had sold out in that time, but typically customer centric, when Stu wrote back, he promised to try to source more and reserve some for me. It arrived yesterday. Delighted customer! Great company to deal with. John PS not the first time I have had outstanding service (eg Stella Bella incident replaced with Moss Wood)”
