In my experience The Vinorium has the best portfolio of available Australian wines in the UK. They are constantly adding to the selection as well as making innovative one off parcels available . On top of that they are reliable, responsive, and quick to deliver. Would recommend

Perfectly delivered beautiful wine glasses. Very efficient delivery. The Zalto universal wine glasses are simply awesome when tasting great wine. Will be ordering other items for sure. Thankyou

Two of six glasses arrived broken, which was the fault of the delivery service (not The Vinorium), but the team replaced them without any challenge.

I deal with a number of wine merchants but my "go to" for Australian wines is The Vinorium. Stu McCloskey and his team are unfailingly courteous - even when you make a mistake(!) and are far and away the most knowledgeable experts on Australian wine I have come across. They offer stunning wines that you cannot get anywhere else at reasonable prices. Nice people and cracking wine - what more could you ask for?

It is rare to find a business these days that excels in all of the areas where they interact with the consumer. The team communicate quickly and effectively. The weekly newsletters are informative and are crafted with a lot of thought. Deliveries are always on time and most importantly the product is always excellent quality. Perhaps the highest compliment I can give them is I trust Vinorium - happy for them to choose the wines they put in the mystery cases. I will continue to shop with them for as long I can.

The Vinorium has an old school model of dealing with customers, by that I mean, the customer is left feeling they have been valued and that nothing was too much trouble. I sincerely know this from experience, having tested the patience of Stuart and Michele unwittingly and niavely. Whether buying 3 to 6 bottles of wine or more, the experience is the same and it seems all custom is valued. I would recommend the Vinorium highly to anyone looking for a great business to buy fantastic selected wines from.

In May 2016 we found this website called the Vinorium which had a good selection of Australian wines that we either liked or might like I have kept the history of what we have ordered since then - we are at 1058 bottles to date - and have spent £30,274.46 - so an average bottle price of £28.62 These statistics do little to summarise the enjoyment we have had from each of the gems we have been able to get our hands on thanks to you, Stu, and your very able team. As your business has developed and the people have changed over the years, we have always found everyone to be great to talk to, very helpful and to always sort things out if any problems have developed. A case in point was the case of Standish wines that got trashed by DPD a couple of weeks back. Michelle told us before the delivery arrived - so we already had a plan to deal with it - brilliant😊 On the 6th of August 2017 Judy and I visited Kent and your shop - plus you and Magda. We loved it, and you were generous with your time getting us to try some other wines that we enjoyed along with recommendations which we bought. I have the invoice from that day for 62 bottles of wine and 16 different wines / years. I know it was a good sales pitch from yourselves - but we wanted the experience to take us back to being like at the cellar doors in Australia - and it did. It was great fun. Thank you for that😊 And so, it continued - when you ran out of space, we eventually took all the wine from you that you were storing for us - Judy was shocked when 180 bottles turned up at the door - I did get into trouble for that, but we have got over it (sort of) utilising all suitable areas in the house to store wine... Then in 2020 the Standish wines appeared. I remember vividly talking to you, Stu, about what you thought the future held for these wines. So, we went for the 2017s, 2018s on the basis that they would be good for the future, and we hadn’t really found a replacement at the top end of our drinking range for the loss of Dave Powell's Torbreck wines. They are all very interesting wines if they are given time to develop post opening as you recommend. We opened a 2018 Relic two weeks ago and sat there in our comfortable lounge seats just drinking in the aromas and taste of what we both agreed was an amazing bottle of wine - we are so lucky aren’t we. I like the fun element of what you do too. I went for the mystery wine which turned out to be the Utopos wines - and as you already know we have particularly enjoyed the Standish mystery case approach too In 1058 bottles over 8 years (around 880 drunk) we have never had a bottle that was corked, or we didn’t like - isn’t that amazing Absolute highlights from the last 8 years are: All the original Dave Powell Torbreck wines Olivers Taranga Shiraz and Reserve from 2002 - great value and taste Greenock Creek Alice's Shiraz 2016/17 Standish Andelmonde Shiraz 2018 Standish Relic Shiraz Viognier 2018 Oh, to be fair, all the Standish wines Kay Brothers Block 6 Shiraz Chambers Rosewood Vineyards rare Muscadelle NV - a rare treat at Christmas Loved the Champagne Andre Roger Grand Reserve too😊 Perhaps in summary "Thanks to team Vinorium. After 8 years and over 1000 bottles we've never had one that we didn’t like or was corked. The recent Standish mystery cases were good fun too and well worth the gamble!"

When everything goes right, it is easy to expect good customer service reviews, however sometimes things can and do go wrong, putting it right is the true measure of customer service - and by this metric the Vinorium team excelled, and the personal touch applied by Michelle is much appreciated.

Great correspondence and communication. Interesting and enthusiastic tasting notes, despite flirting with hyperbole. Stuart's messages about pricing and others into eh industry really interesting. Some prices genuinely competitive. Fantastic range of Australian wines, especially my favourite regions of Margaret River (plus Great Southern). Overall though, a bias towards high octane, high alcohol wines, which are not my favourite.

I’ve been on a delightful, vinous journey with The Vinorium for more years than I care to count (because it might reveal how much I’ve spent on wine). From the first bottle I ordered to the most recent (which is probably being uncorked as we speak), The Vinorium has consistently delivered an exceptional experience. Let’s start with the essentials: the wine. Oh, the wine! Whether you’re after something to sip quietly on a Tuesday night or a bottle to impress your snooty friends who pretend to know what "terroir" means, The Vinorium’s got you covered. The selection is not just vast, it’s carefully curated like a wine cellar run by Sherlock Holmes—each bottle having its own story, mystery, and sometimes an unexpected twist. And the service? Well, it’s what every customer dreams of: speedy deliveries (faster than you can say “decant”), impeccable packaging (seriously, I think my bottles could survive an asteroid strike), and the customer care team is as friendly as they are knowledgeable—like sommeliers who would also help you change a tire if you were stuck. Every purchase with The Vinorium feels like being part of a secret wine club, only without the weird handshakes and robes. Whether I’m buying for a gift (which may or may not also end up as a gift to myself), I can always count on them to deliver a top-notch bottle, and just as importantly, a great experience. So, if you’re wondering whether to give them a try, pour yourself a glass, and prepare for your own delightful, tipsy adventure. Just don’t blame me if your wine rack suddenly looks emptier than expected. Cheers to The Vinorium!
