The stuff I do buy is well priced, top quality and genuinely exciting to pull a cork out of. The ordering process is smooth, and even when I did tick the wrong box when checking out after a couple of glasses, I got a friendly email from super-helpful Natalie who'd spotted my mistake. I've long since given up buying wine from the big players who don't seem to care or understand any more about how drinking a great glass of wine makes you feel.
